If Andy Keech Doesn’t Impress You, You’re Unimpressable -- And He’s a Gosh-Darned Nice Guy, Too

Let’s face it: We all want to be Andy Keech when we grow up. As it turns out, so did Andy. That worked out well for him.

“It was 1943,” he remembers, “and I was a little boy, standing with my mother at the intersection of the two main streets in my little country town in Australia, waiting to drink from a water bubbler. 

If you think past Hall of Fame inductees rest on their laurels, having “served their time,” and now wait idly, keeping themselves locked away, pristine in high ivory towers—you’d be wrong. Rather, many, like Dan Brodsky-Chenfeld, are still right in the thick of it all: managing a dropzone, teaching, coaching, and competing.

The International Skydiving Museum & Hall of Fame is proud to honor the 100-Way Canopy Formation World Record Team with the museum’s Path of Excellence Award. The presentation will be made  at the 2019 Hall of Fame Celebration at Skydive Perris, Perris, California, on Friday afternoon, October 18, prior to the Welcome BBQ.  There will also be a tribute jump honoring the awardee.

The deadline for nominations for the 2019 Path of Excellence award is March 15, 2019!  All nominations must include the proper paperwork to be considered.
