When Deke found out he was being inducted into the International Skydiving Hall of Fame, he had been involved in parachuting since his very first jump in 1951. Deke’s first five jumps happened in September of that year, all at the Army Parachute School at Fort Benning, Georgia, when the Korean War was in full swing.

All About the Guy Who Nailed That Surprise Record: Alan Eustace is an interesting flavor of adventurer: part logistician, part scientist, part dreamer, part daredevil. We have exciting news to share with all those who are helping us move towards presenting the International Skydiving Museum & Hall of Fame to the world.  The Board of Trustees has announced that we will break ground on the building within 18 months.

The International Skydiving Museum & Hall of Fame is proud to honor the 100-Way Canopy Formation World Record Team with the museum’s Path of Excellence AwardThe presentation will be made  at the 2019 Hall of Fame Celebration at Skydive Perris, Perris, California, on Friday afternoon, October 18, prior to the Welcome BBQ.  There will also be a tribute jump honoring the awardee.
