The Hall of Fame Selection Committee considers nominations for candidates who are living as well as those who would be inducted posthumously. Once a nomination is made, the Hall of Fame Committee will retain it on file for future consideration. All nominations are confidential.
Criteria for Admission
The following attributes are the basis on which the election of nominees is to be considered:
- Have actively participated in the sport as a member of an International Skydiving Commission (ISC)-affiliated skydiving association.
- Made major contributions to the sport in at least three of the following skydiving-related areas:

- Leadership
- Competition [to include judging]
- Photography/videography
- Aviation
- Innovation
- Design, Invention and/or Manufacturing
- Sport promotion [to include government liaison]
- Philanthropy
Nomination Procedures
Nominations may be made by individuals or by representatives of organizations or groups. A candidate may not nominate themselves.
- All nominations must follow the steps listed on the nomination form that follows.
- All nominations must be typed and as concise as possible.
- Nominations must be received by November 30 for consideration by the Selection Committee at its meeting in the following year.
- Once a nomination is received, it will remain on file for consideration.
- All nominations will be thoroughly vetted; however, all personal information will be kept confidential.
