Chaired the Canadian Sport Parachute Association’s (CSPA) Competition and National Teams Committee for 16 years, creating the Judge Rating Program and authoring a Judge Training Manual still in use today.
Served as chief judge at four World Parachuting Championships in the 1980s and chief of judge training at the 1991 World Championships.
Represented Canada at the International Parachuting Commission (IPC) for 40 years, earning prestigious awards including the FAI Paul Tissandier Diploma (1983) and the IPC Leonardo da Vinci Diploma (1999).
